Komandir. taxi personal account is a new service allowing the company’s clients make orders and track their status online, as well as participate in the bonus program, activate their own service paying account and stay informed about all their current and completed orders.
Personal account introduction allows the company to significantly reduce the load for operators and managers, being at the same time a tool of client loyalty increase and opening a new higher level of service.
The welcome pages of the personal account will be published on the company’s website, as well as on the websites of its partners: airlines, restaurants, sport clubs, etc. Thus, Komandir. taxi business will be integrated in the everyday life of its potential consumers, accompanying them in various situations.
Personal account allows its users to register their personal bonus card. Bonuses will be added automatically after each new order has been made. A client can create a list of addresses most frequently used, and thus, there will be no necessity to type it every time over again. All the current orders are gathered in a separate menu. Users can get all the necessary information about each of the orders any moment they like.
Using Yandex Maps service, the clients of Komandir. taxi can track their car moving real-time online. The information about its current location is transmitted via GPS system each car is equipped with.
The Order History section allows the clients to stay informed about all their orders made since their personal account registration. Users can get a detailed report, containing the information on the start and end time of the run, order price, a map with a route, information about the car and passengers. The information on all the orders can also be summarized in one table.
